(If the character is from a series/movie/videogame, you can provide a link to a youtube video/website where they speak about the character(s) in detail)
References: Here you can attach drawings or pictures (preferably in a pdf or word document) so I have a detailed picture of what you want, this is not optional.By sending this text I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted Sainorii's terms of service. My purchased is entirely voluntary and I will NOT request chargebacks once the art piece is finished

Terms of Service

Please read everything before order a commission.

◦General terms◦

1. I have the right to reject any order for any reason.2. Prices are subject to change based on demand.3. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.4. Note that there is no physical product, only a digital image of the art piece.

◦Use◦

1. As the artist, I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece myself, this means that:

⋄ I can use the artwork for my portafolio or for posting in social media.
⋄ I can use it for commissions examples
(If you don't want your commission to be published and keep it private do not hesitate to let me know)

✓ YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
⋄ Gift the commission or print it for you own use.
⋄ Posting it online, but using their respective credit to me, @sainorii
⋄ Use it as a background image or profile picture for your own use.☓ YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
⋄ Use my art for merchandise such as t-shirts, prints, posters, etc.
⋄ Re sell my art.
⋄ Erase my signature from the commission piece.
⋄ Use the commissioned art for NFT (Non Fungible Tokens) or cryptocurrency purposes.
⋄ Not credit me/take full credit of my art.

◦Process & Delivery◦

1. Email or DM me and tell me what type of commission do you want.2. You will send me a copy paste of this order form (click here), telling me all of the details about your character and what do you want, providing multiple references (pose, expression, characteristics about your character, color palettes, clothes, etc.).3. Given the information recieved I'll make a custom price (and a deadline) depending on what do you want. When the commission is accepted I will send you my Paypal link so you can pay the commission requested.4. I will allow revisions during these stages:

⋄ Sketch
⋄ flat colors (base)
⋄ 70-80% of the artwork (minor revisions)

5. Once the piece is finished you will receive a low resolution piece with a watermark, in this case, you can ONLY request minor changes. When it's approved, the remaining half of the payment must be sent (this only applies if you pay 50% upfront). Then I'll send you a full-resolution image of the art piece via Email.6. Even though every artwork is different, keep in mind that a commission will take me about 2 weeks - 1 month to finish depending on the situation I'm currently in or the complexity of the piece.

◦Payment◦

1. Currency accepted is USD and it needs to be paid through PayPal or Ko-fi.2. There's two payment options:

⋄ Payment must be made UP FRONT only for commissions below 50 USD.⋄ Payment can be made 50% up front before beginning the commission and 50% before delivering the end result through email, this is only for commissions above 50 USD.⋄ In case for Ko-fi you need to pay up front payment.

3. DON'T send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
